It's important to remark is that technical leaders are frequently in the same boat. They are also called upon to help their teams succeed, and that can take many shapes - technical direction and setting the tone for technical culture and norms, yes, but also interfacing with leadership and other teams, aligning partners, help with project management, and whatever else the team might need.
There are a few things that resonated quite loudly.
