I started playing Minecraft Dungeons about a week ago, and I've had a blast so far. So much so, that I'm including a screenshot in my all-text blog.
There are a few things that I like about the game.
- Kid-friendly in terms of content, pace, etc. I'm harping on this a bunch here, because there are few things on the Xbox that are good for those younger than ten years old.
- Levels are relatively short, so it's easy to get in the game, play a bit, and get out.
- Controls are pretty easy, so kids can master them without problems.
- You can play up to four players simultaneously in co-op, so people in the living room need not fight for the TV.
- Party member down? Party member gets resurrected by partner with no penalties!
